Shipping Policy
We offer shipping facility for both domestic and international orders. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days and you will receive the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. In case of international shipping, the time may differ depending on the location. All goods are shipped out of Mumbai.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all products when paid for online by debit or credit cards. Once shipped, it takes around 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
Saturday, Sundays, state and national holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
International Shipping
We ship to almost all major countries and cities in the United States, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East at a flat rate calculated by distance and weight for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
We offer free shipping for all international orders above USD 500. These orders are not eligible for exchanges and returns.
Please note Chola does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country. Duty as mandated by your country of shipment will have to be borne by you.
International orders are usually delivered within 10 - 14 business days.

Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed on our website we will not be able to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below, and return your purchase once you have received your order, if you wish to return or exchange an item.
Return & Exchange Policy
We endeavor to ensure that every purchase on our website is seamless. We also take great care in ensuring smooth delivery of our products to your doorstep.
Your purchase is eligible for free return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

An incorrect product has been shipped to you, that is, the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

If the product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing issue.
Your purchase is not eligible for return in case of the following:

We have a 7-day return policy. We reserve the right to refuse return of products that are shipped after the expiry of the 7-day grace period.

We will not accept return of products that are not in the same condition as you received them in.

We will not accept return of products that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

All products should be returned with their tags intact, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

End of season sale items are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will not accept requests for return or exchange of Chola products purchased on other websites, or at other retail locations.
How to return a purchase:
If you would like to return a product purchased, please write to us at shop@cholathelabel.com within 3 days of delivery, with the following information:

Specify the reason for return. In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tag is intact. Once the item dispatched from your end reaches our address, we will ship out the replacement product to you.
Refund:
We will issue a refund, following a quality check, as applicable in your case, within 10-15 working days. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for original and returned products.
Chola is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control. Chola does not assume responsibility for a refund or compensation in the event of a package being lost, stolen or mishandled.
All our products are checked for quality control before they are shipped out to you. Should you receive any item that is not in the perfect condition, please contact us at shop@cholathelabel.com
